“Blue Star” Brand Wire Healds are made from Carbon Steel Wire, which is plated with 100 % Tin or Nickel as per customer’s requirement.

“Blue Star” Brand Wire Healds are made in innumerable size combinations and can be engineered for any weaving applications. “Blue Star” brand Wire Healds are manufactured in wire diameters ranging from 1.20mm [18 SWG] to 0.27mm [32 SWG] and in overall lengths ranging from 101.6 mm to 1200 mm.

“Blue Star” brand Twisted & Inserted Eye Wire Healds are made in various types of End Loops 



Oblong Loops (15mm to 29mm) Round Loops (6mm to 10mm) 

Jacquard Loops Open End loops 'J' shaped & 'C' shaped 

We also manufacture Reinforced Twisted & Inserted Wire Healds, which are specially soldered on topside of the end loops which enhances the life of the Wire Healds.
